Abstract: The archaeological discoveries such as household items and ornaments are solid proof of the existence of the Christian cult in the surrounding area of Almăj, the inhabitants’ powerful Christian faith and their capacity to express their faith in the elements marking these discoveries. As the inhabitants were brave enough to use or wear them every day, they must have been aware of their significance. The religious archaeological discoveries enrich the information that demonstrates how old Christian faith is and that the mentioned area was continuously inhabited.
